AMITY — A 49-year-old Wellsville man was charged Wednesday with aggravated driving while intoxicated and assault following a domestic incident.
According to New York State Police, Troopers responded to the report of a domestic incident and fight, from which Tony E. Hoard was determined to have driven away from. While interviewing Howard, they determined him to be intoxicated — and then found him to have a .19 percent blood alcohol content.
He was arraigned before the Town of Friendship Court and was released to reappear before the Town of Amity Court on Nov. 30.
