RANDOLPH — A 20-year-old Ohio man was charged Tuesday with unlawful possession of marijuana following a traffic stop on I-86.
According to New York State Police, Ryan Cole was stopped for a traffic infraction, and while speaking to Cole, the Troopers smelled marijuana emanating from inside the vehicle. A search revealed three marijuana cigarettes, for which Cole was charged. He was also issued a traffic ticket and ordered to appear in the Town of Randolph Court later in the month.
