Larry Storms, at age 68 formerly of Rochester, Lyndonville and Lockport, NY went into rest on November 7, 2016 in Cookeville, TN where he resided with his wife Sue (Wilma) Storms. He was born on May 11, 1948 in Lockport, to the late Leona and Charles Storms.

Predeceased by his first wife Sara and his brother Edward Storms of Lockport, NY.
Survived by his wife Sue, children: Mike (Terry) Storms of Pendelton, NY. Tammy Schwarz (Allen) of Elgin, SC, Cathy Storms of Hilton , NY, and Jacklyn Wilson of Riverside, CA.
Brother of Barbara Storms of Grand Island, NY and Jeff Storms of Lockport, NY. Step-father of Chystal Christain and SueAnn Flatt. Grandfather of Kayleigh Storms, Amanda Schwarz, Samantha Worrock, Brianna Schwarz, Jenny Storms, Kimberly Storms, Mindy Wilson, Kristy Wilson, Brandon and Victoria Belter. Step grand-father of 13 grand-children, and uncle of two nieces and two nephews.

Larry worked for many years as an EMT at Central Orleans Volunteer Ambulance (COVA). He served in the US Navy and was a volunteer at the Lydonville Fire Dept. Larry always thought of others, even after his death, he was an organ donor.

The family will be present on Saturday November 26, 2016 at the Merrill-Grinnell Funeral Home, 12 Ingersoll Street, Albion NY 14411, from 9:00 am until 10:30 am to receive friends. A graveside service will take place at Mount Albion Cemetery following visitation. In lieu of flowers donation may be made to the American Legion 3429 Gaines Basin Rd, Albion NY 14411. A luncheon celebrating his life will be held immediately following services at COVA, 239 S Main St, Albion, NY 14411.
