LACKAWANNA — A 30-year-old Lackawanna man was charged today with scheming to defraud by New York State Police.
According to NYSP, Bena S. Albaneh schemed victims into purchasing cellular phones “with the promise of taking over the cell phone account.”
Albaneh was arraigned in the Town of Clarence Court and is being held in the in the Erie County Holding Center in lieu of $10,000.
