TOWN OF LOCKPORT — An 87-year-old woman was robbed Friday evening while entering a local business.

According to New York State Police, the woman “was pushed to the ground while entering a local establishment off Robinson Road in the Town of Lockport. The victim sustained a broken left arm, possible fractured nose and multiple abrasions. The victim’s purse with personal identification was taken along with credit cards and cash.”

The suspect described as a light skinned male, 5-feet, 9-inches tall from the age of 30-35 wearing dark clothing with a dark knit hat. The suspect ran in the direction of Woodland Trailer Park. It’s believed he may live in that area.
