ANDOVER — New York State Police are investigating a fatal ATV collision that took place around 4:30 p.m. Friday at Tall Pines ATV Park on Jones Road.
The operator of the 2016 Kymco MXU45I ATV, Charles E. Rienhart, 64 of Livonia, was performing jumps on his ATV when he jumped a five foot dirt ramp and traveled approximately 25 feet before landing on his head.
Rienhart was transported to Jones Hospital where he was pronounced deceased. Rienhart was wearing a full facial helmet. No foul play is involved.
