BUFFALO — A 28-year-old Tonawanda man who was convicted of possession with intent to distribute 28 grams or more of crack cocaine, was sentenced to 60 months in prison and by U.S. District Judge Richard J. Arcara.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Wei Xiang, who handled the case, stated that on April 10, 2015, members of the Tonawanda Police Department and the Drug Enforcement Administration executed a search warrant at Anthony Perry’s apartment. Police recovered approximately 48 grams of crack cocaine and approximately 28 grams of cocaine.
The sentencing is the result of an investigation by the Drug Enforcement Administration, under the direction of James J. Hunt, Special Agent in Charge, and the Town of Tonawanda Police Department, under the direction of Chief Jerome C. Uschold
