KIANTONE — A 28-year-old Pennsylvania man was charged Friday with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on Foote Avenue.
Troopers responded to an erratic driving complaint on Route 62 and eventually found Shawn Oshany’s vehicle on Foote Avenue.
Oshany was placed under arrest and transported to SP Jamestown where he provided a breath sample of .14 percent blood alcohol content. Oshany was then processed, issued tickets returnable to the City of Jamestown Court, and released.
He is scheduled to appear in the City of Jamestown Court on a later date.
