Nicole Holdridge Martinez of Newfane, entered into rest on Tuesday October 25, 2016 in the Niagara Hospice House. She was born on June 10, 1972 in Lockport, NY the daughter of Franklin R. Holdridge IV and Janis (Glenn) Gaviller.
Nikki worked at Root 78 Hair Studio and Spa in Newfane, NY. She was a loving, caring person and this was expressed in her work with special needs children. She loved to work with people and was always there to help put a smile on everyone’s face. Nikki has spent the past year deeply involved with Breast Care Awareness which was near and dear to her heart. She directly experienced how having Breast Cancer was far more involved than as Nikki said “Saving Boobies”, it’s really about bald heads, broken hearts and physical and mental pain no one should have to endure. She dearly loved her wonderful friends, family and her loving dog “Otis”.
Mother of Aidan Martinez of Newfane, NY. Sister of Frank Holdridge of Wilson, NY. Loving granddaughter of Dorothy Stopa and the late Richard Stopa and Frank and Mary Holdridge. Also survived by her loving boyfriend Sean Mckenzie, her loving niece Katelyn Branca and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
