TOWN OF LOCKPORT — A 26-year-old Lockport woman was charged Saturday with aggravated driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on Beattie Avenue.

According to New York State Police, Kelly A Heim was stopped for passing a vehicle in a no passing zone. She showed signs of alcohol intoxication and was placed under arrest after she failed field sobriety tests. She was transported to SP Lockport where she consented to a breath test that recorded a .20% blood alcohol content.
Heim was issued traffic tickets returnable to the Town of Lockport Court for DWI, aggravated DWI, speeding and driving to the left of pavement markings.
