BUFFALO — A 35-year-old Buffalo man was charged Saturday with felony DWI, unlawful possession of marijuana and driving with a revoked license after a traffic stop on Route 33.
According to New York State Police, Tyrone Myers failed field sobriety tests after the stop and was found to have a blood alcohol content of .09 percent. Because his license had previously been revoked for DWI, the charge was upgraded to a felony. Additionally, Myers was in possession of marijuana.
He was released with a return court date in the City of Buffalo Court.
