New York State Police out of Clarence charged three people with driving while intoxicated over the weekend. 
On Sunday, Nicholas Ferrentino, 27 of Lancaster was observed speeding on Clinton Street in the Town of Elma. The vehicle was stopped and Ferrentino failed field sobriety tests.  He was processed and provided a breath sample of .28 percent. He was charged with aggravated DWI and was released with a return date in the Town of Elma Court.
Also Sunday, Lisa Skea, 45 of Cheektowaga was observed speeding on Transit Road in the Town of Lancaster. The vehicle was stopped and Skea failed field sobriety tests.  She was processed and provided a breath sample of .14 percent. Skea was released with a return date in the Town of Lancaster Court.   
On Saturday, Tanya Kozlowski, 31 of East Aurora was observed speeding and failing to stay in her lane on Wehrle Drive in Clarence. She was found to have a .18 percent blood alcohol content. She was charged with aggravated DWI and released with a return date in the Town of Clarence Court.
