CLARENCE — A 26-year-old Buffalo woman was charged Tuesday with petit larceny, accused of attempting to steal items from the Bon-Ton.
According to New York State Police, Alise Jaycox was seen taking items from Bon-Ton and as she left the store she attempted to flee across the street. Jaycox was located a short time later hiding under a vehicle.
She was also charged with possession of burglar tools and obstructing governmental administration. She is to reappear in the Town of Clarence Court in November.
