STOW — A 27-year-old Erie, Pa. man was charged Thursday with unlawful possession of marijuana following a traffic stop on I-86.
According to New York State Police, Douglas Richardson was pulled over for speeding and while speaking to Richardson, the Troopers smelled marijuana emanating from inside his vehicle.
Richardson was then found to be in possession of a bag containing a gram of marijuana and a glass bowl containing marijuana residue. He was issued a speeding ticket and an appearance ticket, both returnable to the Town of North Harmony Court later in the month.
