BUFFALO — A 31-year-old Cheektowaga man has been arraigned on an indictment charging him with one count of first-degree murder in the and two counts of second-degree murder, accused of killing of a woman and her son.
According to the Erie County District Attorney’s Office, on Sept. 15, Shane Stevenson murdered 30-year-old Raina Voll and her 7-year-old son Leo Klinger at their Cheektowaga apartment at 1331 French Road.
Stevenson pleaded not guilty and was remanded to jail without bail.
If convicted of the charges, Stevenson faces life in prison without the possibility of parole.
