SINCLAIRVILLE — A 32-year-old Sinclairville man was charged today with fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree reckless endangerment, accused of reckless driving that endangered people.

According to New York State Police, on Sunday, “Hattaway was observed by multiple witnesses drive his personal vehicle through a crowded church parking lot in Frewsburg in a reckless manner, leaving groves and tire marks on the blacktop and causing hundreds of dollars in damage.”

Today, Hattaway was located at his residence, placed under arrest and transported to SP Jamestown, where he was processed for the above charges, issued appearance tickets and traffic tickets and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Carroll Court later in the month to answer the charges.
