MEDINA — Local law enforcement is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 17-year-old girl, who they say was last seen on Friday when he left BOCES on Shelby Basin Road.
According to the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office, Kelsey Williams is 5-foot, 2-inches tall, with brown hair and brown eyes, weighing approximately 160 pounds. She may be in the company of another BOCES student and is known to have family and friends in Erie County.
