TOWN OF LOCKPORT — A 38-year-old Amherst man is facing DWI charges following a traffic stop on Sunday.

According to New York State Police, Brian H. Davis was stopped on Transit Road for multiple lane violations and subsequently determined to be intoxicated. He was transported to SP Lockport where he refused to take a breath test.

Davis was arraigned in the Town of Lockport Court and released on his own recognizance. In addition to the DWI charge, he will face charges of moving from lane unsafely, driving across hazard markings and making an improper left turn on two way roadway.
