TOWN OF LOCKPORT — A 24-year-old Lockport man was charged Tuesday with criminal possession of marijuana following a traffic stop on Dysinger Road.
According to New York State Police, Troy Gillon was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law window tint violation. Troopers smelled marijuana while interviewing Gillon, who was subsequently found to be in possession of approximately 35 grams of marijuana and placed under arrest.
Gillon was issued an appearance ticket for fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana and a traffic ticket for the window tint violation both returnable to the Town of Lockport Court at a later date.
