WELLSVILLE — A 24-year-old male and a 29-year-old female, both from Friendship, were charged Saturday night with unlawful possession of marijuana following a traffic stop on State Route 19.
According to New York State Police, Nicholas R. Hall was stopped around 9:07 p.m. for moving from his lane unsafely. Troopers say both Hall and his passenger, Danielle C. Hurbert were found to be in possession of marijuana and smoking pipes after police noticed the smell of marijuana present.
Both were issued appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Wellsville court next month.
