Bishop Richard J. Malone, bishop of Buffalo will hold the annual blessing of animals at 9 a.m. Saturday at his home, 77 Oakland Pl.
The event marks the upcoming Feast of St. Francis of Assisi and has become an annual custom in the Church.
Anyone is welcome to bring an animal to be blessed.
