NIAGARA FALLS — A 21-year-old Buffalo man is facing DWI charges following a traffic stop on Niagara Falls Boulevard Friday morning.
According to New York State Police, Patrick Bent was stopped for exceeding the speed limit. Following the stop, Bent was determined to be intoxicated and taken into custody for DWI. He was transported to SP Niagara where a breath test revealed his blood alcohol content to be .13 percent.
Bent was charged with DWI and speeding and issued appearance tickets returnable in the City of Niagara Falls Court.
