BUFFALO — A 35-year-old Buffalo man is facing murder charges in the fatal shooting of another Buffalo man.
According to Acting Erie County District Attorney Michael J. Flaherty, Jr., Marco Sweat shot and killed Charles Wyatt outside of 1400 East Delevan on Sept. 2. Sweat pleaded not guilty today during his arraignment before State Supreme Court Justice M. William Boller and is being held without bail.
He will return before Justice Boller on Sept. 30 for a pre-trial conference.
