WILLIAMSVILLE — Amherst Police say Williamsville Deputy Mayor Christopher Duquin struck two vehicles while intoxicated early Saturday morning. Duquin, who also owns Stevens Driving School, was charged with driving while intoxicated.

According to police, Duquin first struck a vehicle on North Ellicott Street. From there APD officers followed a trail of fluid to a garage on the same street, where they found another damaged vehicle.

When they tracked down Duquin at the residence, they determined him to be intoxicated and charged him as such. He was also charged with leaving the scene of a property damage accident, refusing a breath test and a traffic violation.

He is due in court on Oct. 21.
