The evening activity allows attendees to create their own masterpieces on 16 by 20 canvases while sipping on wine from the Niagara Wine Trail.
The first session was held Monday with future sessions planned for this coming Monday, as well as Oct. 3 and 24. Each session is held from 7 – 9 p.m in the Kenan Center Taylor Meeting Room with painting being led by artist instructor, Cassandra McFeely.
Upcoming paintings will be Evening Sunflowers on Sept. 19 (with wines from Long Cliff Vineyard & Winery), Nightfall on the Lake on Oct. 3, and Purple Galaxy Forest on Oct. 24 (with wines from Niagara Landing Wine Cellars).
Casual food will be provided and guests are welcome to bring snacks. The wineries will provide tastings; wine by the glass must be purchased.
Attendees must be 21 and over. Fee is $25 per person. Registration in advance is required by calling 433-2617 or visit the Kenan Center Business Office. All events take place in the Kenan Center Taylor Theater Meeting Room, 433 Locust St.
