FALCONER — A 38-year-old Jamestown man was charged Wednesday with aggravated driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on Falconer Street.

According to New York State Police, David Hanley was pulled over for a traffic violation and determined to be intoxicated. He was taken to the Jamestown Troopers barracks and found to have a .21 percent blood alcohol content.

Hanley was processed, issued tickets returnable to the Town of Ellicott Court and released.
