BUFFALO — Buffalo police arrested an individual in connection with a stolen bike incident Monday night.

According to BPD, Central District officers observed an individual in the 400 block of Elmwood Avenue on a bike that matched the description of a recently stolen one around 10:20 p.m. They arrested 34-year-old Miguel Molina of Buffalo and charged him with criminal possession of stolen property and criminal possession of burglar tools.

Officers recovered the Schwinn Cimarron bike valued at $200 and also recovered a bolt cutter and wire stripper.
