BUFFALO — Buffalo police recovered a black handgun early Monday morning near the vicinity of Langfield and Edison avenues.
During a traffic stop around 1 a.m., Northeast District officers recovered the handgun, several bundles of heroin and crack cocaine, arresting 23-year-old Daqwan Joyner of Buffalo and 23-year-old Michael Daniels of Buffalo in the process, charging them with criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal possession of a narcotic drug with intent to sell, first-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance:8 ozs or more, second-degree criminal possession of a loaded firearm, unlawful possession of certain ammo feeding device, criminal use of drug paraphernalia and drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle.
