BUFFALO — Buffalo police have arrested a dozen individuals in connection with illegal gambling.

Ferry – Fillmore officers responded to the call at 9:30 p.m. Monday in the 100 block of Theodore Street where police say 12 people were gambling using dice inside a yard. Officers say none of the 12 lived there and police seized over $1,800 dollars.

The 12 are charged with promoting gambling and trespassing. Arrested were Andre Pellam, Jaquan Curry, Hadassah Quarles, James Bostic, Howard Pompey, Demetrius Robinson, Rahshib Callahan, Howard Bishop, Johnnie Small, Dandre Steward, Terrance Chestnut all of Buffalo and Rickie Robinson of Amherst.
