BUFFALO — A 32-year-old Buffalo woman is facing aggravated driving while intoxicated charges after police say she had a blood alcohol content of .20 percent.

New York State Police say they stopped a 2004, gray, Pontiac Grand Prix, on Bailey Avenue around 12:40 a.m. for a speeding violation. Troopers identified the driver as, Latoya S. Johnson, and determined her to be intoxicated. She was then found to have a .20 percent blood alcohol content, raising the charge to aggravated DWI.

She was later released to a third party to appear before the City of Buffalo Court on, Sept. 22.
