BUFFALO — A 36-year-old Buffalo man was charged early Thursday morning with aggravated driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on Hampshire Street.

According to New York State Police, around 2:07 a.m., Troopers out of SP Boston and Clarence, stopped a 2001, black, Ford Taurus for failure to keep right. They determined the car’s driver Rodney P. Bell, to be intoxicated. He was then found to have a .19 percent blood alcohol content, leading to the “aggravated” charge.

Additionally, he was charged with, (Felony) D.W.I., for having a prior conviction within the past 10 years.

Bell was processed and released from SP Clarence to appear before the City of Buffalo Court on, Sept. 22.
