WASHINGTON, D.C. — Congressman Brian Higgins’ office will hold seven “Congress on Your Corner” sessions this month. Through the program, staff from Congressman Higgins’ office are available at satellite sites throughout the district to better serve the needs of constituents.

Below is the September Congress on Your Corner schedule:

  • 9 – 10 a.m. – noon Monday – North Buffalo Community Development Corp, 203 Sanders Road, Buffalo
  • 10 – 11:30 a.m. Tuesday – John Duke Senior Center, 1201 Hyde Park Boulevard, Niagara Falls
  • 10 a.m. – noon Sept. 20 – The Belle Center, 104 Maryland Street, Buffalo
  • 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. Sept. 21 – Amherst Senior Center, 370 John James Audubon Pkwy, Amherst
  • 9 -11 a.m. Sept. 22 – Grand Island Town Hall, 2255 Baseline Road, Grand Island
  • 11:30 a.m. – 2 p.m. Sept. 28 – Gloria J. Parks Community Center, 3242 Main Street, Buffalo

During Congress on Your Corner, residents have the opportunity to talk directly with someone from Congressman Higgins’ office about federal matters they may need assistance with.  Issues discussed often include: Social Security, veteran benefits, military service medals, passports, federal student aid or small business assistance.
