BUFFALO — A 48-year-old Buffalo man has been arrested following accusations he attempted to lure a teenage girl into his van on South Park Avenue around 2 p.m. Saturday.
Buffalo Police say Franklin Araujo-Perez was charged with fourth-degree stalking, acting in a manner injurious to a child less than 17 and second-degree harassment following the incident.
Police say the 13-year-old girl ran from the scene and called 911. Officers located Araujo-Perez later and took him into custody.
