FALCONER — A 27-year-old Falconer man was charged Sunday with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on Route 394.

According to New York State Police, Daniel Graham was stopped for a traffic violation and determined to be intoxicated. He was taken to the Jamestown Troopers’ barracks and found to have a .11 percent blood alcohol content.

Graham was issued tickets returnable to Town of Poland Court following processing.
