ELLICOTTVILLE — A 28-year-old Ellicottville woman was charged with criminal mischief and burglary after New York State Police say she slashed the tires of emergency vehicles at the Ellicottville Fire Department.
According to NYSP, Morgan Manfreda-Moran had unlawfully entered the Ellicottville Fire Department and slashed the tires of multiple emergency vehicles.
Manfred-Moran was arraigned at the Town of Ellicottville Court and is scheduled to re appear at a later date.
