CLARENCE — Three 18-year-old males and a 15-year-old female were charged Tuesday with burglary, accused of stealing from several vehicles in Clarence, Amherst and Lancaster. The males were also charged with endangering the welfare of a child.

According to New York State Police, around 2:24 p.m. Tuesday, Troopers arrested Kyle J. Beauchamp, Aiden M. Hyde, Lance C. Fowler and the 15-year-old girl following a suspicious vehicle complaint at James Court and Heather Drive. After further investigation it was determined that youths from that vehicle entered a residence on Heather Drive. As Troopers approached the residence the four suspects ran and a foot chase ensued.  All four suspects where apprehended.
A large amount of merchandise was located in the 2006 Saturn.

The suspects were transported to SP Clarence and processed.  The investigation revealed that the suspects have been involved in other larcenies from vehicles and criminal trespass incidents in the Town of Clarence, Town of Amherst and the Town of Lancaster.

The 15-year-old female was turned over to her parents and is to appear at family court on a later date. Beauchamp, Hyde and Fowler were arraigned in the Town of Clarence Court and all remanded to the Erie County Jail.

Police ask that anyone who has been a victim of a recent vehicle or residential larceny/burglary and have not reported it, contact SP Batavia at 585-344-6200. NYSP are attempting to locate more victims due to some evidence seized from the suspects.
