FREWSBURG — A 33-year-old Jamestown man was charged with driving while intoxicated on Wednesday following a traffic stop on Old Warren Road.

According to New York State Police, Joseph Kinney was pulled over for failing to dim his high beams and determined by Troopers to be intoxicated. He was taken to the Jamestown Troopers barracks and found to have a .15 percent blood alcohol content.

Kinney was processed, issued tickets returnable to the Town of Carroll Court and released. He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Carroll Court later in the month to answer the charge.
