SHERIDAN — A 38-year-old Dunkirk man was charged Saturday with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on Middle Road.
According to New York State Police, Dominick Schrantz Jr.,was pulled over to the side of the road when Troopers arrived. They determined him to be intoxicated. He was taken to the Jamestown Troopers’ barracks and found to have a .12 percent blood alcohol content.
Schrantz Jr. was issued appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Sheridan Court and released.
