The team confirmed the details in a tweet sent out on Saturday evening, after the Bills’ loss to the Indianapolis Colts pre-season game in Orchard Park, NY.   They plan on making a formal announcement next week, but team owner Terry Pegula did give a brief statement:

We’re proud to be partners with another hometown team like Darth Vapor.  “Vaping” is only going to skyrocket in popularity, and we’re proud to have made the deal that associates winners like the Bills with winners like “vapists”.

The deal, said to be “in the tens of dollars”  is said to formally close this coming week.  Co-owner Kim Pegula stated:

We foresee no legal issues in getting the stadium name changed to “Darth Vapor Vape Supply Emporium Stadium” before the start of the regular season.
