BUFFALO — A 48-year-old West Seneca man stopped Tuesday night by the Erie County Sheriff’s Marine Unit in the Buffalo Harbor was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance.

According to ECSO, Kevin Schung was found to have an active warrant from the City of Buffalo when he was stopped around 7:58 p.m. for exceeding the speed limit and creating a wake in a “no wake” zone. When he was taken into custody, deputies discovered two strips of Suboxone concealed in his wallet, leading to the possession charge.

He was taken to the Erie County Holding Center pending arraignment on the warrant.
