1# boneless country style pork ribs
1 T oil
1/2 t salt
1/2 ground black pepper
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1/4 c brown sugar
1/4 t cayenne pepper

Take all ingredients but the pork, and mix together in a big bowl, and then add the pork ribs. Cover, refrigerate, and marinate for at least 1 hour.

3 cups of crushed corn flakes
1/2 t salt
1/4 t black pepper
Mix all together, in a big bowl.

Preheat oven to 350, and grease a 9×13 pan.
Remove one piece of pork at a time, shaking off excess marinade and roll in seasoned corn flakes, and place on greased pan.  When all done, bake in oven for 20 minutes, until done. Your temperature should be 145 degrees when done.

You can use this same marinade on chicken if you prefer. It will give you a little sweet and spicy taste, if you want some more heat, you can add more cayenne pepper.
