BUFFALO — A 23-year-old Buffalo man was sentenced to three years in prison and two years of post-release supervision today after pleading guilty in May to heroin possession charges.

Erik Arias was arrested in February after police executed a search warrant on his home and found 970 baggies of heroin. He mother, 40-year-old Erika Brown was also arrested at the time. She pleaded guilty to possession and sale charges, for which she was sentenced in June to three years in prison and two years post-release supervision, as well.
