KENNEDY — A 53-year-old Kennedy woman was charged Saturday with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on Route 62.
According to New York State Police, Charlene Mesel was pulled over for failing to dim her high beams, and placed under arrest after Troopers determined she was intoxicated. Mesel was transported to SP Jamestown where she was found to have a .14 percent blood alcohol content.
Mesel was processed, issued tickets returnable to the Town of Poland Court and released, to appear in court later this month.
