Nearly 5,000 NYSEG customers in Cheektowaga and Sloan are without electricity currently.
The outage, which affect 3,070 customers in Cheektowaga and 1,763 in Sloan, is expected to be fixed by 4 p.m., according to the utility.
A reason for the outage has not been offered.
Nearly 9,000 NYSEG customers in West Seneca and Orchard Park were without power for several hours on Saturday.
