TOWN OF LOCKPORT — A 45-year-old Tonawanda man was charged Friday with driving while intoxicated following a two-car crash on Raymond Road.
According to New York State Police, Dennis Wisholek was attempting to flee the scene when Troopers stopped him. He was interviewed pertaining to the accident and showed signs of impairment. He was placed under arrest and was transported to SP Lockport where he refused to provide a breath sample.
He was processed and arraigned, being remanded to Niagara County Jail with a court date later in July.
