PENDLETON — A Pendleton man was charged Wednesday with driving while intoxicated and numerous other vehicle and traffic violations after Troopers say he drove over a curb at a gas station.

According to NYSP, Philip Nasca was stopped after driving over a curb at a gas station on Campbell Boulevard and determined to be impaired.

He was taken to SP Lockport where he was found to have a .29 percent blood alcohol content. He was then processed and remanded to Niagara County Jail. He is slated to appear in Town of Pendleton Court later this month.
