TOWN OF LOCKPORT — A 33-year-old Lockport woman was charged Tuesday with driving while ability impaired by drugs following a traffic stop on Transit Road.
According to New York State Police, Erica Rutty was stopped by state Troopers after violating numerous vehicle and traffic laws. Rutty was interviewed and showed signs of impairment.
She was arrested and transported to SP Lockport where she provided a blood sample. She was then processed and issued tickets returnable to the Town of Lockport Court.
