PENDLETON — A 21-year-old Lockport man was charged Friday with driving while ability impaired by drugs.
According to New York State Police, Alex Gilhousen was located on Aiken Road after Troopers responded to a reckless driver complaint. Gilhousen was interviewed and showed signs of impairment. After failing several SFSTs, he was placed under arrest and transported to SP Lockport where he provided a blood sample.
Gilhousen was then processed and issued tickets returnable to the Town of Pendleton Court later this month.
