CHEEKTOWAGA — A 34-year-old Cheektowaga man was charged Sunday with driving while intoxicated following a Transit Road traffic stop.
According to New York State Police, Leonardo Calderon was seen leaving his lane on Transit near Genesee. He was determined to be intoxicated and found to have a .14 percent blood alcohol content.
Calderon was released with a return date in the Town of Cheektowaga court.
