FRANKLINVILLE — A 21-year-old Randolph man was charged with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop Sunday on State Highway 16.
According to New York State Police, Collin Mackey was charged then released on an appearance ticket to Town of Franklinville Court on Monday.
